    CANCELLATION
    Date the application form was forwarded and A cancellation fee will be charged.

    April 1~ April 30,2002 75% of the totalexhibition fee
    May 1 and after 100% of the totalexhibition fee

    ORIENTATION MEETING :
     ”@”@An orientation meeting shall be held three months prior to the exhibition. The drawing for booth location, exhibition hall layout and details of visitor promotion plans shall be explained at the meeting. The date and place of the meeting shall be informed to exhibitors.
    PIDA shall represent those exhibitors who are not able to come to the meeting in drawing for booth location.

    OFFICIAL GUIDE BOOKS :
    ”@”@The official guidebook issued by PIDA contains the information on exhibiting companies, their address and telephone number, exhibits, and comprehensive list of products and supplies.

    How we bring visitors to the exhibition
    • Publicity and advertising activities conducted by PIDA
    • Promotion activity using the network among the domestic and overseas organization.
    • Mail invitation cards to related organizations and persons.
    • Information on the exhibits will be publicized to mass media.
    • Provide information to the supporting members using Optolink (PIDA's journal)
    • Promotion activity in Taiwan and abroad through the Home Page of PIDA.

    • Invitation cards will be issued free of charge for exhibitors to invite clients and customers.

    • PIDA gives an announcement on its Home Page. We provide the linkage service to the exhibitors.
